There’s something about summer ending that feels so bittersweet. On one hand, I’ll miss the long, sun-soaked days and endless opportunities to be at the beach. But on the other hand, I can’t wait for that first crisp, cool day that signals the beginning of fall. I’m looking forward to swapping my iced coffee out for hot (with coconut oil, of course), cooking my favorite, wholesome comfort foods for family and friends, and cozying up to a fire on chilly evenings. Although San Diego usually makes the transition a little later than the rest of the country, I’ve already been eyeing a few pieces to add to my cool weather wardrobe.
