Contrary to popular belief, adding oil to your skincare routine can actually help to balance your skin and reduce the appearance of acne. Conventional oil-free acne solutions often use harsh drying methods that dehydrate skin. Because of this, the skin increases its sebum production in an attempt to balance and restore hydration. Your natural oils cannot secrete properly when skin is dehydrated, so dirt and impurities get stuck in pores. Coconut oil effectively penetrates the skin to dissolve hardened sebum, tighten those pesky pores, and keep your skin healthy, balanced, and clean. Please check with your dermatologist before replacing any medications with Kopari products.
To quickly restore a solidified product like our Coconut Melt or Coconut Body Glow, please run your Kopari under warm water for a minute or so, then slather on!
All of our products are made with natural ingredients and are happiest when kept at room temperature. Coconut Balm & Coconut Melt may liquefy in warm temperatures, but don’t worry - change in consistency won’t hurt quality. Prefer your Kopari more solid? Pop it in the fridge for a bit!
Our Coconut Body Glow is infused with natural pearlescent minerals that give your skin a pretty, shimmery glow, but it is not a self-tanner or tanning oil itself. Instead, it "highlights" whatever area it's applied to! Think: collar bones, cheek bones, and decolletage :)
Our products work for all hair and skin types. They are especially good for dry and undernourished skin and hair. For fine hair, use products sparingly or as a deep-conditioning mask before washing your hair.

All of our coconut oil is sustainably sourced from the Philippines. By sourcing our oil in the Philippines we are proud to say we are part of a movement launched by Cargill, GIZ and BASF in 2013 to improve the livelihoods of Philippine farmers. The project not only improves the livelihoods of the farmers (2,500 and counting), but also introduces the Sustainable Agricultural Network (SAN) standard, which is the basis for certification by the Rainforest Alliance. After participating in agricultural training programs, today over 2,500 small farmers have seen an improvement in their living conditions and region.
Our Coconut Melt is 100% unrefined, virgin, coconut oil for the coconut purist. To make our other products, we put this same oil through a natural straining process using activated charcoal to remove some of the heavy metals that are naturally found in soil to better complement all of the clean ingredients included in these products.
Kopari products are not tested to have SPF. We strongly recommend wearing sunscreen in conjunction with your Kopari products.
Our Coconut Melt is 100% organic, virgin coconut oil with no additional fragrances at all. Our Coconut Balm, 'Save Face' Oil, Coconut Face Cream, Coconut Detox Mask, Coconut Lip Scrubby, and Coconut Lip Glossy are infused with natural coconut vanilla extract, while our Coconut Rose Toner and Coconut Cleansing Oil are infused with aromatic rose extract. Our Coconut Body Glow, Coconut Body Oil, and Gardenia Coconut Deodorant share their coconut gardenia fragrance, while our Coconut Crush Scrub, Coconut Body Milk, Coconut Shower Oil, and Original Coconut Deodorant all share a sweet coconut milk fragrance. Our Beach Coconut Deodorant contains a fresh linen fragrance with hints of citrus and coconut. Then, our Starry Eye Balm is scented with a Bulgarian rose essential oil. All of our products are tested to be hypoallergenic and are formulated to be phthalate-free.
Our products are always gluten free and never contain nut oils. However, customers with allergies should review our ingredient decks with their healthcare provider prior to purchasing our products. To view a product’s ingredient deck, find that particular product on the "Shop" page, then scroll down until you see "Full Ingredient List" on the right-hand side.
We don’t formulate our products with any of the bad stuff. We say sayonara to phthalates and sulfates - those suck! While we do not put any of these ingredients in our own products, they are manufactured in a facility where these ingredients may be used.
Our system only allows one discount code per order. If you have more than one code, please apply whichever saves you the most now & hang onto the other for your next purchase! Please note, promotional codes cannot be used on Auto Replenishment purchases.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and then again once your package has shipped. Depending on the Kopari Auto Replenishment option you choose. Your card will be charged exactly 1, 2, or 3 months after your initial purchase.
If you wish to return any of your Kopari Auto Replenishment orders, you may do so within 60 days of your order being authorized at www.koparibeauty.com/returns. Returning your product does not cancel your subscription.
Yes, you will receive a reminder email, order confirmation, and shipping notification before your next shipment arrives. You can also log into your account anytime to view and track your upcoming shipment.
All Kopari Auto Replenishment shipments are free! We only offer our standard shipping on subscription purchases. We estimate 3-8 business days for domestic orders, and roughly 3 weeks for international orders. These times can also be found on your order confirmation.
Yes, all our products are available to purchase one-time only at your leisure.
To sign up for Kopari Auto Replenishment, simply navigate to the page of your favorite Kopari products and select from the drop down menu when you would like to receive your Kopari. Continue through checkout and agree to have your card charged at that decided time interval. After that, you’re set! You will automatically be shipped your product and there is no need to go in and place a future order.
Promotional codes are not valid on any Kopari Auto Replenishment purchases or on any subsequent replenishment orders. This includes any products you may be purchasing outside your subscription at the time of your subscription checkout.
All individual Kopari products, except our Coconut Lip Glossy, are available for Kopari Auto Replenishment. Bundles and Kits are not eligible for Kopari Auto Replenishment.
You can view all upcoming charges and shipments in your Kopari account page. To access your account, simply click the person icon at the top right corner of our homepage and follow the prompts.
You can add a product to your Kopari Auto Replenishment via your account page. Simply sign in via the person icon at the top right corner of our homepage and select ‘Edit Subscriptions.’ Then select ‘Subscriptions’ under your name and choose ‘Add Product.’ You will then have the option to add that product to your existing delivery date or choose a custom date.
You can add an additional subscription product to your Kopari Auto Replenishment 72 hours before your next order ships. However, you’re unable to add any non-subscription products to an upcoming order.
Not ready for your next shipment? You can skip a delivery in your account page. Simply sign in via the person icon at the top right corner of our homepage and select ‘Edit Subscriptions’ then select ‘Delivery Schedule’. There you can see all future deliveries and skip as needed.
You can also cancel your Kopari Auto Replenishment at any time through your account page. Simply sign in via the person icon at the top right corner of our homepage and select ‘Edit Subscriptions’, select ‘Subscriptions’ under your name and select CANCEL next to your purchase.

Yes! You can apply Kopari Clique points to your first order when subscribing to Kopari Auto Replenishment. When you are ready to checkout, click the shopping bag icon located in the top right corner of the homepage. At the top of your cart select 'Choose Rewards', pick a redemption, and click 'add to cart'. Please note, only one redemption can be added to Auto Replenishment orders and points are deducted from your Kopari Clique account immediately after it is added to your cart.
While you will earn points on each subsequent order, points cannot be applied to future subscription orders as these are processed automatically.
We will replenish your Kopari favs automatically every 1, 2 or 3 months. That means your skin, hair and nails will never go dry...and neither will your stash of Kopari. Simply choose the replenishment schedule that works for you and you’ll get 5% off each order plus free shipping every time. Your Kopari Auto Replenishment will automatically renew on a recurring basis. At that time, your credit card will be charged automatically for the Kopari Auto Replenishment products, including applicable handling fees, until you cancel your membership.
Orders that total (after discounts and promotional codes have been applied) $30 and above will qualify for free standard shipping. Orders that fall below the $30 threshold will automatically add a shipping charge. Before reaching out, please make sure you are not using a code that brings your total below $30. If your order is over $30, and you are still being asked to pay shipping, please reach out to our team at email@example.com.
If tracking states your order was delivered, please first check with neighbors, building managers, and other folks in the area to see if they may have received your Kopari. If the address is accurate and you're still not able to locate your order, contact your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes orders accidentally get marked as "Delivered" even though they are waiting at the post office or are still in transit. If USPS is unable to locate your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Happiness Team can help!
Gift cards are all digital and will be emailed to the email address used during checkout. If you are ordering a gift card for a friend, just forward them the gift card email.
Yes, you can continue using a gift card as long as there is a remaining balance.

For orders shipping within the United States, we have two shipping options:
Standard (3-8 business days): $5.00
Expedited (2-3 business days): $15.00

For international orders to UK, Canada & Australia, only standard international shipping is available at this time. Standard shipping rates depend on country, but free shipping is still applied to orders exceeding $30.00.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines, to be delivered on or before December 25th:
US standard orders must be placed on or before December 11th
US expedited orders must be placed on or before December 18th
International orders must be placed on or before November 28th
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please notify our Customer Happiness Team right away by emailing us at email@example.com. Addresses cannot be changed once your shipping label is created. That being said, please always double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

You can return your koparibeauty.com order within 60 days of purchase if you’re at all unhappy with your Kopari. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of the returning shipping costs! Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. To begin the return process, please head to www.koparibeauty.com/returns and follow the prompts.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. If you wish to return a Kopari product that was purchased anywhere other than koparibeauty.com, please reference that specific retailers return policy for instructions on how to do so. For international returns, please email our Customer Happiness Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will issue your refund within 4 business days of receiving your returned product back in our warehouse and will follow with a confirmation email after this has been done. The refunded amount should be available on your card within 7-10 business days.
Free gifts with purchase, promotional items, Kopari Clique swag redemptions, and any items marked “final sale” with retail value are non-refundable.
Yes. When returning your item(s) we will issue you with a pre-paid return label. Simply print it out and send your product back.
We are more than happy to replace a damaged product with the same item. Please just send us an email at email@example.com.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in a Clique account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the Clique account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.
The Kopari Clique is Kopari’s free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your product purchases, social media follows and shares, and your birthday! You can then redeem these points for rewards, discounts, and Kopari merchandise. There are many ways to earn points! The first is by simply signing up and joining our clique. After that, points can be earned by purchasing products as well as sharing and following us on social media. And bonus, Kopari gives birthday points too!

Yes! If you have more than one Kopari Clique account, please email your account credentials to firstname.lastname@example.org and note which account you’d like to keep. We’ll take care of it from there!
To view your current points balance, simply select the “Kopari Rewards" hyperlink at the top of our homepage, scroll to “Join the Clique” and enter the email and password associated with your account. Your points balance will populate under the “Earn Points” heading of this page and can also be viewed on the right-hand of the checkout page.
When items are refunded, your points balance will be deducted from the amount.
Open your shopping cart via the shopping basket icon on the upper right-hand side of the page to view your points balance and all redemption options offered. Click the corresponding module to add that reward to your cart, then select "Checkout" when you're ready to complete your purchase. You can add as many rewards as your point balance permits.
