Product
Reef-safe regulations vary widely across the globe, making it difficult to offer a one-size-fits-all answer. To ensure you make the best choice for your local environment, we recommend checking with your local environmental guidances for their specific recommendations. Kopari is committed to transparency and want to assure you we’re actively exploring reef-safe ingredients and practices.
Kopari skin and body products are safe for all skin types! We always recommend researching specific ingredients and listening to your skin to find what works best for you. Our best recommendation for acne prone skin is to use a simple routine of cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF for your face and moisturizer and SPF for your body. You can always add on treatments tailored to your skin from there! Kopari has many non-comedogenic SPF products, which are formulated to minimize the risk of pore congestion. Additionally, our mineral products contain zinc oxide, an active ingredient known for its soothing properties that can help alleviate irritation and redness. Please check with your dermatologist before replacing any medications with Kopari products.
Our products are safe and work for all skin types! They are especially good for dry and undernourished skin. We always recommend researching specific ingredients and listening to your skin to find what works best for you.
It's important to consult your doctor and research ingredients before using any beauty or skincare products during pregnancy. While we don't have reason to believe our products are unsafe, we are unable to provide medical advice.
We do suggest refraining from using retinol products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
We do not have any samples for sale at this time. However, we do offer free samples in every order + a few mini sizes for sale to try our top products. We also offer full refunds within 60 days of purchase if you are at all unhappy with your Kopari.
Our products are always made with safe and clean ingredients, we recommend that each has a shelf life of approximately 12 months once opened, 24 months when product is sealed.
To quickly restore a soldified coconut oil-based product like our Coconut Melt, please run your Kopari under warm water for a minute or so, then slather on!
Absolutely! All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We love animals and would never dream of testing on any of our furry friends.
All of Kopari's products are formulated with natural or non-synthetic fragrances and feature a variety of scents to cater to different preferences. While some items are formulated with no added fragrances, others incorporate natural extracts and essences. Please refer to each product page for specific fragrance information.
All of our products are tested to be hypoallergenic and are formulated to be phthalate-free.
We don’t formulate our products with any of the bad stuff. While we do not put any of these ingredients in our own products, they are manufactured in a facility where these ingredients may be used.

Orders
Our system only allows one discount code per order. If you have more than one code, please apply whichever saves you the most now & hang onto the other for your next purchase! Please note, promotional codes cannot be used on Auto Replenishment subscription purchases.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and then again once your package has shipped. This second email will contain any tracking information you need to keep an eye out for your Kopari goodies.

Orders are processed and shipped with great speed to ensure you receive your items promptly. While we strive to assist with changes to existing orders, please understand that we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping & Billing
Orders that total (after discounts and promotional codes have been applied) $39 and above will qualify for free standard shipping. Orders that fall below the $39 threshold will automatically add a shipping charge. Before reaching out, please make sure you are not using a code that brings your total below $39. If your order is over $39, and you are still being asked to pay shipping, please reach out to our team at aloha@koparibeauty.com.
If tracking states your order was delivered, please first check with neighbors, building managers, and other folks in the area to see if they may have received your Kopari. If the address is accurate and you're still not able to locate your order, contact your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes orders accidentally get marked as "Delivered" even though they are waiting at the post office or are still in transit. If USPS is unable to locate your order, please email aloha@koparibeauty.com and our Customer Happiness Team can help!
Our gift cards are entirely digital and will be conveniently delivered to the email address provided during checkout. If you're purchasing a gift card for a friend, simply forward them the email containing the gift card.
Please input the gift card code from that email into the "Discount Code or Gift Card" field at checkout. You can continue using a gift card as long as there is a remaining balance.
At this time, Kopari is only shipping in the United States and to Canada.
Within the US, Kopari offers two shipping options -- Standard (3-7 business days) and Expedited (3 business days). If your order is over $39 USD, standard shipping is free! For our Canadian customers, we offer shipping based on the size of your order at checkout.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please notify our Customer Happiness Team right away by emailing us at aloha@koparibeauty.com. Addresses cannot be changed once your shipping label is created. Please always double check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order has been processed.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay. Please note that all values on our site are listed in USD.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return your koparibeauty.com order within 60 days of purchase if you’re at all unhappy with your Kopari. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of the returning shipping costs! Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. To begin the return process, please head to www.koparibeauty.com/returns and follow the prompts.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. If you wish to return a Kopari product that was purchased anywhere other than koparibeauty.com, please reference that specific retailers return policy for instructions on how to do so.
We will issue your refund within 4 business days of receiving your returned product back in our warehouse and will follow with a confirmation email after this has been done. The refunded amount should be available on your card within 7-10 business days.
Free gifts with purchase, promotional items, Kopari Clique swag redemptions, and any items marked “final sale” with retail value are non-refundable.
Yes. When returning your item(s) we will issue you with an easy-to-use USPS label. No printer even needed! Simply box up your items and bring to your local USPS, present them with the QR code, and they'll print your label for you.
We are more than happy to replace a damaged product with the same item. Please take a photo and send us an email at aloha@koparibeauty.com.
