I love this product and have been using it for about 3 years, however the company needs to come up with better packaging for shipping. This order arrived as pure liquid, I had to put it in the fridge to solidify it again but it did not reconstitute properly. The 3 stars are for the poor shipping, the product deserves 5. Additionally, I would purchase in a local store rather than online but the refills are only available at Kopari.
