In 2009, Jon Rose started this nonprofit organization originally with high hopes of providing clean water to those affected by natural disaster, but quickly found that many of the countries they were providing filters to had a need for clean water even before these disasters hit. 

Now, Jon and the Waves for Water team have distributed over 150,000+ portable water filtration systems, have restored dead wells and pumps and have had an impact on over 7 million people in more than 27 countries - one of which being the Philippines where our coconut oil is sourced from.
