We’ve recently received customer feedback that our website  (www.koparibeauty.com) may have caused confusion around the benefits of ingredients in the following products: Coconut Cleansing Oil, Save Face Oil and Coconut Shower Oil. In a nutshell, if these ingredient claims were the main reason(s) you purchased the product and you feel you have been misinformed as a result, we apologize. You may notice some changes have been made to the language on our website in order to correct any misunderstanding.

 

We’d like to take this opportunity to make it up to you by refunding your purchase price for those products in full if purchased before January 11th, 2019. We will issue a refund within 45 days of your submission of the refund request form and the receipt of the returned product(s).
