What It Is
Our Starry Eye Balm and Coconut Rose Toner are made with anti-inflammatory rose to reduce puffiness and redness on eyes and cheeks. These two products together are rose gold.
Coconut Rose Toner contains Rose Extract that has anti-inflammatory properties help keep redness and irritation at bay. Starry Eye Balm has Rosehip Seed Oil that is known to brighten and firm the skin with the help of vitamin A, C, and Omega Fatty Acids.

Love this toner, love that it is a spray and I’m not wasting or fussing with cotton rounds. It smells great and is very refreshing. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. The eye balm I use at night time. It is a little greasy for daytime or under makeup in my opinion. I love the package, it’s very easy to get the product. It also has a nice light scent and isn’t irritating.

This is the best toner I have ever used. Very refreshing and very easy to use with the spray bottle. I have been looking for an eye balm for months and this is just what I wanted. I put it under my eyes 20 mins before I put on my makeup and it feels very moisturized. Do not hesitate to purchase this set!
