My order is over $30, why am I being charged for shipping?

Orders that total (after discounts and promotional codes have been applied) $30 and above will qualify for free standard shipping. Orders that fall below the $30 threshold will automatically add a shipping charge. Before reaching out, please make sure you are not using a code that brings your total below $30. If your order is over $30, and you are still being asked to pay shipping, please reach out to our team at aloha@koparibeauty.com.
